• For the convenience of the students and parents the school shall collect the bus fares in the school office. 
• If a student wants to avail bus facilities, the guardian of the ward has to obtain an agreement form from the office counter.
• Once any guardian contracts the school bus, it must be continued till the end of the academic session, it cannot be discontinued and in lieu of that should pay the entire fees of the academic year as it is an yearly contract. 
• Parents are expected to co-operate with the changes made by the school management with regards to the bus timing due to any practical inconvenience. 
• The bus fares to all the routes shall be hiked in accordance with the hike in the diesel and petrol rate by the Central Government without notice.
