Transfer Certificate

Any parent intending to withdraw his/her child at the end of the academic year should submit application for Transfer Certificate at Hebron Fee Counter on or before 15^th of February of that particular session. Application received after 15^th February will be considered along with 3 months’ fee as fine. To download TC Application, - Click Here

Rules for obtaining Transfer Certificate (TC):

• The fees for the Whole Academic year should be cleared and there should be no financial indebtedness to Hebron School.
• All dues in regards to transport/school bus should be cleared.
• Parents need to make sure that all issued books from the library have been returned and all dues have been cleared.
• All issued sport equipment or musical instruments has been returned.
• There should be no dues in respect to any equipment or material regarding the laboratory or computer labs.
• If any form of concession or scholarship has been availed from the school, it will be specifically mentioned on the school transfer certificate.
• Students availing transfer certificate in the middle of session due to the transfer of parents or any other reason, the school will not issue a promoted transfer certificate in such cases.
